Refunds

  • Processing Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    1. If you haven't received a refund within the specified time frame, first check your bank account again.
    2. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at our Customer Support Service.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
